We asked them to take responsibility for the sale of our guesthouse and to focus the sale on the appropriate potential market. They visited us, took some wonderful photos and were extremely careful that the written details were 100% accurate. They have invested heavily in targetted advertising, both nationally and internationally, seeking to reach a wide but relevant audience.
We have employed other agents to carry out the same task but their work, we regret to say, has been far from exemplary. From our experience, there are many fraudsters and sharks in the business of selling houses within this area of Spain, who lack focus, professionality and integrity.
