Not always an easy task when living here, just how difficult do you imagine this to be from a UK base?

Once you feel we have constructed a portfolio of suitable properties for you to view and agreed a visit date & flights, we will help with either the booking of local hotel or villa accommodation and either advise you on car hire ex Alicante or Valencia airport or we will be happy to meet you at arrivals & drive you to your accommodation in our air-conditioned car. We will have discussed and agreed your itinery with you but this can be reviewed subject to any last minute changes of ideas or availability of property – either being sold or newly onto the market. We will always drive you and accompany you on all viewings, together with the representative of the agent or developer. We will be available throughout your visit to discuss, advise and then negotiate any offer or terms of purchase. We will recommend and introduce you to Banks, Lawyers, Gestors and Architects, as required, throughout the whole acquisition process right to the more prosaic: Plumber, Pool Maintenance, Veterinary, Garden Centre, Baker etc. etc.
